Triathlon Coaching Plan:

  • Workouts planned every 4 weeks focus on your goals with weekly updates as needed 
  • 3 Phases of Nutrition Plan (Base phase, peak phase and pre and race day nutrition)*
  • Customized Heart rate zones (bike and run), pace (swim and run) and power (bike)
  • Strength training routine
  • Includes all RW Training Tri/Running Club benefits

Running Coaching Plan:

  • Workouts planned every 4 weeks focus on your goals with weekly updates as needed 
  • Option group workouts for local athletes (and athletes visiting the area), always with the coach or assistant's coach presence.
  • Customized Heart rate zones, and pace.
  • Strength training routine
  • Includes all RW Training Tri/Running Club benefits

Monthly plan: $120.00

6 months plan $700**

12 months plan $1,300**



Race Ready Plan:


This plan will include the 8 weeks before your race day. You will fill out a very specific form (providing your Garmin Connect information if available), and the coach will analyze where you stand. He will go over all the training you have done, everything you built up until 8 weeks before race day, including training and nutrition. After the first analysis, you will have a private consultation with the Coach Rich, where he will go over the plan for the next 8 weeks, including race day race plan and nutrition plan.


The race ready plan will includes:

  • 8 weeks training plan and access to RW Training Club with tips, networking with others, and more.
  • Analysis of past data of your training/races and endurance nutrition
  • One private consultation with coach Rich Wygand
  • Unlimited communication with the coach throughout the 8 weeks (by text message or email)
  • Race plan and Nutrition plan

The race ready plan comes to complement the journey of those who have been self-training and even those who would like a second opinion. The last 8 weeks before your big race are crucial in terms of training, rest and nutrition, and this plan will help to fix/add particular subjects that were done or not done so far, and have a overall view of where you stand, and what to expect on race day.

Investment: $300 (One-time Fee)



Nutrition Consult

Get all your questions about sports nutrition answered, a nutrition plan, nutrition race plan plus some ideas of recipes. Can also be done via skype, phone, and facetime.

1st Consult: $100

Follow up: $65
